Fees

Primarily we are results driven and our remuneration is derived from a success fee on the sale of the business i.e no sale no fee, and in accordance with our exclusive agency agreement.

PLEASE NOTE: Agents Commission and Marketing fees are subject to negotiation pursuant to Section 49A of the Estate Agents Act 1980

Our Consultancy fees for pre - purchase inspections, landlord negotiations are discussed in person, and mutually agreed upon in writing.
